"@value": "Het vaandel is vormgegeven in een gestileerde neogotische stijl. Vanaf linksonder loopt een diagonale tekstbanderol. Rondom loopt een sierlijst die bestaat uit vierhoekige vlakjes met een neogotisch element; in de hoeken staat een gestileerde bloem. Linksboven de diagonaal is het bisschopswapen afgebeeld. Rechtsonder het wapen van de provincie Limburg. De zeven lussen zitten aan de bovenkant; aan de linkerkant zijn linten bevestigd, zo ook aan de rechter bovenhoek.
Keerzijde: De achterkant is op dezelfde manier vormgegeven als de voorkant. Linksboven de diagonale tekstbanderol staat een stralende (Maastrichtse?) ster en rechtsonder de Servaassleutel en de namen van drie belangrijke Maastrichtse parochies."
